About the Role

As a Senior Client Manager, you are the trusted advisor and first point of contact for our clients – guiding them with confidence through complex data challenges. You’ll thrive in the fast-moving world of hybrid multi-cloud infrastructure, leading the conversation at C-level and working closely with your pre-sales engineer to design and position solutions that deliver real business value.

You connect the dots between client needs, technical innovation, and strategic outcomes. From day one, you’re part of the engine driving TTNL’s Group growth – helping customers move from ambition to achievement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as strategic partner and account lead for a portfolio of key clients
  • Advising on IT infrastructure, hybrid/multi-cloud environments, and data management strategies
  • Leading sales conversations from pitch to close using a portfolio-based selling approach
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with pre-sales, engineering, and delivery teams
  • Building long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders
  • Staying sharp on market trends and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation

What You Bring

  • HBO/WO-level thinking and communication
  • At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role at an IT vendor, distributor, or cloud provider
  • A commercial mindset and persuasive communication style
  • Fluent Dutch and English
  • Resilience, focus, and the confidence to lead complex conversations
  • A team-first attitude and a hunger to learn, grow, and win together
