Help Shape the Financial Future of TTNL Group
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready for your next big challenge? As Controller at TTNL Group, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our financial organization. Working closely with the Finance Director and Financial Administrator, you’ll help professionalize our processes, optimize our reporting landscape, and support the integration of (international) acquisitions.

What You’ll Do
- Monthly reporting – Deliver timely, accurate financial reports that drive decision-making across the business
- Budgeting & forecasting – Develop annual budgets and monitor performance, analyzing variances along the way
- M&A integration – Actively support integration of acquired companies into our financial structure and ERP systems
- Year-end close – Prepare audit-ready financials and act as the point of contact for external auditors
- Sustainability reporting – Help develop audit-proof CSRD-compliant reporting
- BI dashboards – Build and manage real-time dashboards for financial and operational KPIs
- Compliance & controls – Ensure internal control processes are tight and tax compliance is met across the group
- Process improvement – Be a driver of internal finance transformation projects
Your Profile
We’re looking for a finance professional with drive, accuracy, and initiative – someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves growing with the company. You enjoy delivering results but also know how to celebrate them with your team.
You bring:
- A completed HBO or WO degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Controlling or Accountancy (experience in financial control is a must)
- Solid command of Dutch and English
- Experience with BI tools (a plus)
- A proactive, structured mindset and a collaborative spirit
